Creating a course user fails in Nova

Typically when creating a course user fails in Nova, this is because the user is already enrolled on that course.

Before contacting Report a Bug, please try the following:

  1. Navigate to the user in Nova
  2. Scroll down to the courses table on the user

  3. Click the filter icon and select "With Trashed"

  4. Observe any soft-deleted (ie hidden from the user, but not actually deleted) courses show
  5. Check if the course you're trying to add is already in the table
    1. If it is in the table, simply restore it using the button at the end of the row, and make any required changes to the plan etc

    2. If the course is NOT in the resulting table, contact Report a Bug with details ASAP as it may be a wider issue
