Active Chargebee subscription but course appears as 'free'

Issue: This learner has an active subscription on chargebee for the 'GCSE Equiv English' but when they log in it is still showing as free and asking them to upgrade. On Nova it is set to free also, do I just upgrade on Nova as normal? Just not sure if this will affect the subscription payments and if they cancel it will it automatically downgrade?
Scenario outlined:
Learner has upgraded to a premium course in the app.
Learner still sees the free course.
Chargebee Subscription has been created.
Course User in Nova is not updated correctly. (Does not match the chargebee subscription)
Solution.
Match the course user to the correct pricing plan in Nova.
- Find the User in Nova
- Find the Course User relating to the course
- Edit the course user
- Change the course plan to 'Premium'
- Change the pricing plan to Monthly or Yearly (to match the chargebee subscription)
- Ensure 'is prepaid' is unchecked if the user is on a repeated billing plan.
- Update user.
NB: When resolving things related to course plan upgrades, it is always worth
- going back to the user in nova, and using the 'Purge User Cache' after updating the user or course user.
- Encouraging the user to log out and back in to the platform.
- These will ensure the course accurately updates from the users perspective.
